1. RESERVE YOUR TEAM BLOCK

You will need to fill out and submit a Housing Request Form initially

to book your team block.

2. INDIVIDUAL ROOM RESERVATIONS (Once qualified)

After team qualification, individual room reservations may be made

either via the internet (instructions and link will be provided)

or by completing and returning the rooming list.

Upon receipt of the Housing Request Form, you will receive confirmation from HBC Housing Services

via the email address provided on the Housing Request Form you’ve submitted.
